Next, join Maria, a seasoned retreat facilitator who loves spreading positive, mindfulness meditation practices that draw on our strengths and values. Relax as she guides you through an empowering mind session. Explore the mind and body as you immerse yourself in the present moment.


Then flow into Nachelle's yoga practice: a beautiful combination of breath work and accessible poses, in line the needs of our individual bodies, the seasons and balancing the Chakras.
