One-to-One Mindfulness

Individual bespoke sessions, 1hr plus

1. Personalized Guidance: In a one-to-one session, Maria can tailor her guidance specifically for your needs and goals. She can provide personalized strategies to help you cultivate Mindfulness in your daily life.

2. Individual Attention: By working directly with Maria as your mindfulness instructor, you receive personalized attention and support. She can guide you through various Mindfulness techniques, answer your questions, and address any concerns you may have as you practice together.

3. Deeper Understanding: One-to-one sessions allow you to explore Mindfulness concepts and practices in greater depth. You can have meaningful conversations, gain a deeper understanding of the principles behind Mindfulness, and learn how to apply them to different aspects of your life.

4. Enhanced Focus: With more time to focus on youas an individual, Maria can help you cultivate and maintain focused attention. She may provide specific techniques to improve your concentration and increase your ability to be present in the moment.

5. Flexibility and Progress: Working individually with Maria allows for flexibility in terms of the pace and progression of your practice. You can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you and gradually deepen your Mindfulness practice over time.


These sessions could be a great way to become aquatinted with the foundations of Mindfulness before joining group sessions, or they may simply be your preferred way to learn.


One to one sessions are highly Trauma Sensitive and making them accessible for a wider range of people.
